 Mission of CPE Department:
Create continuous learning opportunities at all levels of the
hospital, develop a culture of inquiry and dialogue, establish systems of
collaboration and team learning to capture and share learning and empower people
toward collective visions.

people continually expand their capacity to create results they truly desire,
where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured, where collective
aspiration is set free and where people are continually learning how to learn.
Scope of Services:
The department provides General Orientation and educational
opportunities to all staff of different job categories, facilitates departmental
educations, Continuous Medical and Nursing Education and Monitors attendance,
satisfaction and effectiveness of the education. Monitor training in the
departments. Also provide library services to hospital employees and update the
hospital CME website.
Working Hours:
12 hours a day 6 days a week Saturday -Thursday
