Department of Dr. Erfan & Bagedo Hospital serves as a support function to
the Management, Administration Department and other Hospital Departments.
The hospital manpower
headcount is 1625 employees filling 232 different job categories.
Responsibilities of the
department include compensation and benefits administration, local and
international recruitment, selection, orientation of new employees,
and all employee relations related work.
Providing general assistance to employees and management staff and other
related projects.
Human resources
department employees are qualified and experienced to handle their job
effectively and in professional manner and juggle all the department
responsibilities and work tasks as per policy and procedures.
Attracting and
appropriate selecting of most qualified employees and matching them to the
jobs for which they are best suited is important for the success of any
organization.
We are moving from
behind- the- scenes staff work to leading the hospital in suggesting and
changing policies.
