Total Quality Management

Scope of Service:
Our services is covering hospital wide (since 2003) and it includes the following sections:

  • Document Control Section

  • Internal Quality Audit Section

  • Committee Section

  • Statistics & Data Analysis Section

1. Our office successfully coordinated the following:

  • ISO 9001-2000 in 2003

  • Makkah Region Quality Program (MRQP) -in 2005

  • Preparation for Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation

2. The Department is in charge of:

  • Continuous review & confirming implementation of Aramco company contract, Aramco compliance contract attachment subject the hospital to review over 7 years contract, the survey is done every 2 years for the 151 4 years then yearly for the last 3 years of the contract.

  • Document control section is responsible for initiating all documents in relation to the hospital quality management system, also all updates and changes in relation to the documents of the system

  • The department is co-work with the COO/assistant COO in overviewing the committee functions and its follow up.

  • By default in charge of the risk management of the organization & this includes:

    • Related hospital indicators

    • Related processes of OVR

    • Sentinel events (RCA)

    • Customer satisfaction questionnaires

    • Regular internal audits of the hospital

    • Reviewing patients' complaints on monthly basis.

  • Comprises Performance Improvement for all departments/units/centers services organizational wide, covers all staff &
    processes use to treat & manage patients.
